This individual will provide a world-class customer service experience to customers and partners in problem identification and resolution on Citrix products such as XenApp, NetScaler Gateway, XenDesktop, Microsoft Windows Server. This person will utilize troubleshooting skills to isolate, analyze, and provide resolution to customer inquiries. The IT Engineer is responsible for full life cycle management of the Citrix environment including requirements gathering, design, implementation and support. The pace is fast and the job is challenging but the teamwork makes this opportunity one that is very rewarding.
□ Virtualization technologies, Active Directory, Microsoft products, and blade server administration.
□ Networking technologies, load balancers, switches, routers.□ Must possess a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent degree or experience.
□ Enjoyment of working in a technical customer support or field support environment with, ideally, 1 to 5 years of relevant experience.
□ Must possess excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
□ Strong written and verbal communication skills including the ability to interact with customers and team members in a professional manner.
□ Must be able to understand and design complex hardware/software architectures.
